Problem
Camera does not show video in Teams meetings.

Solution
Check camera permissions and select the correct device in Teams.
Step-by-step instructions
- 1Click the ... menu > Settings > Device settings and confirm the correct camera is selected.
- 2Check Windows Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and confirm Teams and desktop apps are allowed access.
- 3Close any other application that might be using the camera (e.g. Zoom, Skype).
- 4Restart Teams.
- 5Restart the computer if the camera still is not detected.
- 6Test the camera in the Windows Camera app to confirm it works outside Teams.
