Add a Kalexius, Odyssey or Lexoo background in Microsoft Teams

I want to use our company-branded background in Microsoft Teams calls and meetings.

The default Teams background list only shows generic Microsoft backgrounds, not our own Kalexius, Odyssey, or Lexoo branded images.

Download the branded background image for your brand from the shared folder, then add it as a custom background in Teams.

1. 1Open the shared folder named "Kalexius, Odyssey and Lexoo Teams Background" and download the image for your brand.
2. 2Save the downloaded image somewhere easy to find, e.g. your Desktop or Pictures folder.
3. 3In Teams, before joining a meeting (or during a call), click the background filters/effects icon.
4. 4Click "Add new" and select the image file you downloaded.
5. 5Select the newly added background from the list and click Apply, or Apply and turn on.
6. 6Repeat these steps to add more than one brand background if you present under multiple entities.
