Phishing email

I received a suspicious email that looks like phishing.

Unexpected email asking to click a link, verify credentials, urgent payment requests, or a mismatched sender address.

Do not click any links or open attachments. Report the email and delete it.

1. 1Do not click any links, buttons, or attachments in the email.
2. 2Check the sender's actual email address, not just the display name.
3. 3Use the "Report Phishing" or "Report Message" button in Outlook if available.
4. 4Forward the email to the IT Security team if no report button is available.
5. 5Delete the email after reporting it.
6. 6If you already clicked a link or entered credentials, change your password immediately and contact IT.
