Problem
I need to add another account or organization to Microsoft Teams.
Symptoms
You need to access a second Teams organization (for example another company tenant) from the same device, and only one account currently shows up.
Solution
Add the additional account from within Teams so you can switch between organizations.
Step-by-step instructions
- 1Open Microsoft Teams and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- 2Click "Add another account" (or "Add work or school account").
- 3Enter the email address for the additional Teams account and sign in with its password.
- 4Complete multi-factor authentication if prompted.
- 5Once added, switch between accounts and organizations using your profile picture menu.
- 6Contact IT if you can't see the option to add another account, or if sign-in fails.
