Printer cannot print

Print jobs are sent but nothing comes out of the printer.

Job disappears from the queue with no printed page, or an error appears on the printer display.

Clear the print queue, check paper/toner, and reinstall the printer driver if needed.

1. 1Check the printer display for paper jams, low toner, or error codes.
2. 2Clear the print queue and resend the print job.
3. 3Confirm the correct printer is selected as the default in Windows.
4. 4Print a test page from Settings > Printers & scanners > printer > Print test page.
5. 5Remove and re-add the printer if the test page fails.
6. 6Contact IT with any error code shown on the printer display.
